Over recent years we have become more concerned about our impact on the planet. This has led to significant changes in our purchasing and consuming habits. As we now move to the ultimate version of minimal living on our tiny floating home, our goal is to realise as many of our sustainable living principles as possible.
The recent installation of solar panels means that we are now less dependent on using the diesel engine for generating electricity when offshore. Our aim is for the boat to be largely chemical-free, and with minimal use of single-use plastics. Time will tell how well we do in maintaining as sustainable life as possible. We look forward to sharing with you the gains and pains along the way.
